Customer may reschedule one time at no charge.
If customer chooses to cancel, 50% of the diagnostic fee will be refunded.
Any prepaid travel/service charge will be refunded if the technician has not yet been dispatched.

Same-Day Cancellation

50% of the diagnostic fee will be refunded.
Travel/service charges are non-refundable if the technician has been scheduled or dispatched.

No-Show Appointment

If the customer is unavailable, refuses access to the property, or cannot provide access to the solar system at the scheduled time:

Diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
Travel/service charge is non-refundable.

Weather & Safety

Novacore Power may reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, roof access concerns, or other safety-related issues. In these cases, there is no charge and the appointment will be rescheduled.
